Project and Sales Manager

We are proposing to introduce a new drain lining innovation into the UK for the rehabilitation of drainage pipes without excavation. We are the single UK licence holders for this technique. The technique is used extensively by our parent Dutch Company in Europe.

The person we are seeking will manage the introduction of this product to the UK. The duties, in conjunction with company directors, include creating a sales and marketing strategy, visiting potential customers, demonstrating the product, creating and managing a UK based installation team and as the product take-up develops increase the sales team and resources accordingly.

We believe the take up of the product will be significant. Two resent trials have been undertaken successfully beneath a railway junction for a Water Utility and beneath the runway at an Airport.

The requirement is for a person with a sound background in product sales and marketing development. Technical knowledge and knowledge round the drainage industry would be an advantage but secondary to excellent sales skills.

The person is likely to need to travel extensively including some staying away and will remain in contact with the directors using modern communications techniques.

Project / Sales Manager – Northamptonshire to Oxfordshire
 
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing current contracts and projects and also increasing our turnover by securing new business.
A competitive salary, company car, and appropriate conditions are available.
The position is based at our Wellingborough Depot although attendance may be once or twice a week as workload requires.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of the drainage industry who can also locate and secure new business.
Candidates with an excellent sales background or someone with a thorough knowledge of drainage, and the will to succeed, will be equally considered.
